As many as I can, but it's not always possible to do as much as I would like. If I am at home, my husband and I take a long walk every day (3.5 miles including up the side of a hill). If I am at University, I go to a lunchtime class or attend the gym. Once an evening webinar series has finished, I will go to an evening class near my home. I like to try for 5 days a week but life happens (other people's lives, actually).
