I'm 205 and would like to be 130 at the most by February or March. Any suggestions?
I'm 17 with a really busy schedule i'm currently 205. I'd like to be 130 at the most by February or March. Any help? I don't have time for a gym or a Video to exercise to!
I assume are referring to your weight. You are talking about losing 75 pounds in approximately four months. I lost 30 pounds in six weeks, but I had surgery for a perforated colon and spent 14 days in the hospital, mostly on a liquid diet. I do not recommend that. I gained most of that weight back. I later lost 20 pounds when it was suspected I was a diabetic. I am not. I did switch to a low carb diet, drink diet soft drinks and avoid excessive candy, and other sweets. I would not recommend you try to do what you are proposing. I assume once you lose the weight, you will want to keep it off. That is going to require a life-long change in your eating habits. Start by cutting out the fast foods, try to get some exercise and talk to your doctor.
I have researched a loooooot on this 'weight loss' issue. And the only single most effective method that i have found is 'eat less method'.
If you eat less you can loss any amount of weight you want. Here was my technique of eating less and losing weight.
I bought this medicine MUCAINE from a near by shop. I don't whether it is available near your house or not, but you can search it.
I used to eat 1 packet of NIMKO (its a snack) of around 20-30 grams and i used to drink one spoon of MUCAINE together with NIMKO.
I used to do the same 3 times daily. This meant that i used to eat aroung 60 grams of NIMKO daily and nothing else.
But it was not NIMKO that made me eat less . it was MUCAINE.
I dont know the side effects of this medicine but MUCAINE costs around 0.28 $ and it kills hunger. It gave me sever headache and fever in the beginning but it killed hunger.
I lost 60 pounds in about six months in 2012 by not eating crap (absolutely no processed food) and walking a mile a day - that took me about 30 minutes. If you don't have time to walk, then park as far away as you can from wherever you're going to get a few minutes here and there and take the stairs!
Consequently, I gained every pound of that back this year and then some mostly due to illnesses where I was unable to get exercise. It has to be maintained, it's really a life choice not a diet!
can you workout at all? if not, losing that much weight in that much time would be unsafe. if you can and live in a warmer climate (not wisconsin like me, its nasty out the next several months) i would suggest doing sprints or some intese exercise like that. which can even be done at home. google tabata method and get some great exercise ideas. spiriting and using the tabata method is a great way to lose weight on a busy schedule. also if you limit your diet to lots of veggies, fruits and lean meats such as fish and chicken you should lose weight safely in a good amount of time. remember to stay away from the fast food, junk food, and sugars.

THIS is just a little rant to convince people to forget about the scale and focus on the real enemy - body fat + a little bit of shameless self promotion [rant]The mistake that most people do, when they want to start a exercise program and diet, is to think that the bad shape their body is in is...

Living most of my life in urban communities, I have seen what is available for the average households of those communities. I remember how my grandmother had a garden and in the precious piece of real estate she was able to grown hundreds of pounds of fresh vegetables and fruits, in...
