I'm 17 with a really busy schedule i'm currently 205. I'd like to be 130 at the most by February or March. Any help? I don't have time for a gym or a Video to exercise to!

i couldnt agree more. taking the weight off is one thing. keeping it off is a life style change.
Your method may work, but you did not say how fast and how much weight you dropped. I am hesitant about your technique. People who gain weight generally have to modify their daily diet to keep the weight off. That is the hard part.
