Yes, BMI (Body Mass Index) really matter because it shows your strength,And also show that you are overweight or underweight and thinness. We can not say that who is healthier in 18 and 23 BMI because everyone has different weight and height and by keeping these two things in mind we can assume that who is healthier.Hope this helped
