There are days where I just have so much to do and not enough time. I get overwhelmed with my work and getting things done that sometimes I get anxiety. What are your coping mechanisms?

Yes, I'm a full time student in college, not sure that I could let me professors know "hey I have too much work, lay off the hw". But yes, I do weekly yoga and workout as well. I like being busy, but we all know there are just "those days".
I actually do create lists. Its the amount of time it takes to complete a task that gets agonizing. Sometimes its not the time management itself, it is the abundance of task that needs taking cared of.
Thank you for sharing! I think that your path of using no medication is wonderful. The mind is very powerful and some people don't realize how much power they actually have towards their thoughts. Meditation is such a beautiful thing if understood.
