Are you a worrier?


I have been trying for so many years to break the habit of worrying, especially about things over which I have no control. I know, without a doubt, most of what I worry about won't happen, & I remind myself of this all the time, but it's still such a hard habit to break. Do any of you got through this as well? How do you deal with it?

    I tell myself those things as well plus, ad you put it, "bad luck" or in other words, the law of attraction...you attract what ypu put out. I have gotten better, but I guess it just takes time.

    Very true. When you gone thru so many hard times it's hard to let go , especially when things are going well. When things are calm & running smoothly I start getting in the mindset of what can possibly go wrong. It's a tough habit to break.
