I think that they work, to an extent. If you are looking for immediate results because of a special occasion or just want some motivation to jump start a diet and exercise regimen, they are helpful. However, I think they are a poor choice for people looking to lose weight for a long period of time without any extra effort. There has to be a lifestyle change in diet and physical activity in order to change the body and to be healthy. They are also pretty pricey, and healthy food and at home exercises are much cheaper and in long run, more satisfying than body wraps.
