You need a lot of patience & concentration to do the training, & it comes gradually over the months not over night..It's all practice realizing, & time.
All that can be helped massively with CBT training buddy, try learning emotions/feelings control practice & mindfulness practice..Bruce Lee did it every day buddy, & so do i.
