Positive thinking, and in particular, the use of affirmations has been in vogue now for quite a few years. Are you aware of this and, more importantly, do you use affirmations to obtain what you desire in your life?
Affirmations are controlled and directed thinking for a purpose as oppose to scattered, spontaneous thoughts. So in that way, it is far more productive. It helps to keep thoughts focused on the goals. It reduces trivia, negative thoughts and moods, unnecesary conflicts with others and removes world problems. It's better to take control of thoughts instead of being a victim of thoughts.
