What are your thoughts on people who cannot stop talking for more than a few seconds at a time?

Do you know someone that acts like they have to fill any silence with chatter, they have monologues instead of dialogues, they even think out loud and constantly talk to themselves? What do you think when you spend time with a person with these behaviors? I hope I'm wrong about this, but it always makes me wonder if the constant chatter is because they are uncomfortable with silence, and if so what is it about the silence that makes you feel ill at ease? I'm on the opposite end of the spectrum so I'm curious about this. There is nothing "wrong" with it per se, it just makes me wonder.

MJ it sounds like you're in a difficult position. He would annoy me too.

Good point Vega. What on your thoughts on why they need to talk so much? I'm so opposite that I can't wrap my head around what it would be like to feel the need to verbalize your every thought, I don't even want to hear my own voice that much LOL.
