The answer is yes. And I have to admit that I've never been so relaxed. At one point while breathing I was inhaling so much air that I thought I was going to explode. A very funny sensation. What I've found really interesting though was that at any time a part of my mind was very awake and aware of what was going on, but in a kind of detached way. And I've also had a demonstration that to be hypnotized it's needed a good hypnotherapist who knows his job, as I was also aware of some strange things said which increased my attention about what he was talking about, so in a certain way ruining the hypnosis session. But it's definitively something to be experienced. The level of relaxation reache is simply amazing. Just ask to a serious association if there are practitioner in your area. And it would be a good idea also to learn how to do self hypnosis.
