Does Waking up late at Night cause Weight Loss ?
Secondly does it effect stomach too? I mean Digestion Issues?

Sleep late nothing to do with weight loss .bl I think it's on the contrary. Sleep early helps metabolism and metabolism is working to burn more fat

it doesnt causes weight loss but yes it may result into some digestion problems. as the whole cycle of the body gets disturbed when we sleep late.
