I have a really hard time getting up in the morning. Being that I'm self-employed, this makes it ten times harder since I sleep whenever I want. But I want to be able to wake up in the morning because I feel more productive. I understand the importance of a regular sleeping schedule, but I can never stick with one. And it's not a matter of not being able to sleep because of distractions. It's like, once I sleep at a certain time, that's the time I feel sleepy every day. Like if I take a nap right now, this will be the time I feel sleepy every day.
