I take my dinner at 9 pm. Previously, I was having dinner after 10 pm. But, after starting to live in Hyderabad, and as I and my wife have become old, we learnt to take dinner early by 9 pm. I mostly see people having their dinner between 8 pm to 9 pm. The latest are at 10 pm. So, what about you? When do you have your dinner?

Hi, Sparklea. Thanks for the blessings. I like this habit of eating early to allow food to digest. But, I am accustomed to eating late since 1978 and only since 5 years, we are taking it at 9 pm. It used to be 10 pm previously. My blessings to you.
Venkatachari M THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR VOTING ME BEST ANSWER, WHAT AN HONOR AND I AM SINCERELY FULL OF GRATITUDE. BLESSINGS ALWAYS SPARKLEA
Hi, Carb. I get up early at 5:45 am daily. Clean kitchen, then take bath and perform puja for one hour. Breakfast at 9 am, lunch 1:30, dinner at 9. This is my schedule since 5 years.
But your habits are very good. I like it. My blessings to you.
You also follow peachy's habits. That's great.
That's good for diabetes patients. Eat small and eat frequently. I also follow this for my BP. So, you can call this 8 pm meal as supper. So, what about walk a mile? I think we can walk a mile at any time not necessarily after meals.
I like walks while wish I walked more. Maybe I shall begin again. I usually walk in the mornings before the streets are busy with people & cars. Makes for more pleasantry. I do have an exercise bike I ride for 30 minutes a few days a week.
Actually, I don't walk daily. Only for shopping. That's my problem. I sit at computer from 10 am to 5:30 pm with small break for coffee, 1 hour break for lunch and then one half-an-hour break for tea. 6 pm to 9 pm is for cooking and TV. Then dinner.
Quite good habit. I like it.
That's like my habit, except that we are vegetarians. I take lunch at 1:30 pm and dinner at 9 pm.
Good thing. You are so conscious of your husband's health and medication and smart enough to facilitate both of your requirements so cleverly.
