Very nice. Organize your life and provide reinforcement for positive behavior. I like it. But, it is all about taking that first step that people have trouble with. How could you surmount that?
Many times that first step is taken when a person decides they are tired of their situation not changing. However, a person does not have to wait that long but can foresee that they are going to get tired of their situation remaining the same.
