What you just said is "Words of gold"
that's really encouraging, thank you for taking time motivating me
you said the key point which is "you should know that it's a habit .. you should get a new habit instead"
thank you so much
And since you asked about anger , well that can be a cue to and you smoke and get rewared of course by feeling less angry , instead you should have another habit to control your anger , what i do is go take shower , read a book or do yoga , good luck
That's really helpful, many people recommended nicotine patches and gum, I'll give them a try , and i wish health and wellness for your Dad
thank you ..
you quit after 40 years of smoking, that's great
I'm willing to quit and i tried E-seg, it worked for me, just for a week
The only thing prevents me from quiting is anger, how do you pass anger and bad mood without smoking?
Well said, smoking really killing me, I'll try hard to quit
I wish you and your husband luck and to stay away from smoking
Thank you anne for stopping by.. i did try e-sig.. it worked with me for a week.. maybe it works for some peolpe
parents can't do anything about that because we know everyone started smoking in secret.. and after a while smoking became part of person's life
i didn't try tablets, but i did try e-sig, it worked for me, just for a week
True not always but, as I said, yes..! They have a major role to play. Kids learn from their parents initially. That's when you need to sow the seed of goodness which reaps goodies as they grow. They keenly watch parents' behavior and learn.
