How do you manage your stress?


Our lives are very busy and stressful. Some of us are buying new homes, going to college, having children, or switching jobs or career paths. Everyone has something to worry about. The balancing act of modern living and the myriad responsibilities that pressure us can be stressful. Please share some strategies you use to manage stress. Personally, I have a couple great ways to deal with stress. I exercise at least 5 days per week; I try to eat noninflammatory foods and drinks; I read for pleasure; and I also do a tremendous amount of writing. I am curious, in what ways do you conquer stress?

    Hi Brandon, I'm like Jainswati because I I love music anyway, and it seems to me there is a song for just about everything. When I am stressed or anxious I listen to music or read positive quotes.
