Learning to do the yoga breathing technique of breathing in with one nostral and out with the other. It is so grounding and so calming.
Another form of breathing is closing off the back of the throat. Its used during the sun salute and is most relaxing.
Sitting on the ground in the lotus position with closed eyes and emptying the mind while concentrating on your breathing, in and out from the stomach area is most relaxing.
Yoga for me is all about learning how to breathe correctly from the lower abdomen to the upper chambers of our lungs.
