Do you gain winter weight or manage to hang in there until spring?

I find I have to watch it; especially after the holidays but I manage somehow in February usually to get off that extra 5 pounds. What about you? {Image>Izismile.com}

    Very interesting Caroline. I just stay busier in summer I guess keeping the calories burnt off and in winter I do not walk on snow or do much of anything outside!

    Thanks for stopping by to tell us Stella; you will be in my prayers! I have to give up sweets too and it is not easy! I am sure everything will go fine & you will be back with us soon. I had major surgery in March and now I am great! Stay positiv

    Oh everyone knows the docs scales are wrong and you know I found out lately all their things are that way. Like when they check your sugar or anything. That is what the doc told me but I am just wondering why! Anyway, I just don't worry on holidays!

    That is so good and encouraging to hear Michael. It is not an easy job but turning bad habits into good ones does take an inner strength I think too.
