Scientists are telling us that heart generates "hundred times" stronger electromagnetic field than brain. They are advising us to practice feeling happy, enthusiastic, confident - and then to add our positive thoughts to that "high frequency emotional climate", as I am calling it.
Apparently, that's where folks are making the biggest mistake. They maintain an unstable emotional routine, with mood swings and trigger-happy reactiveness to situations - and to that they add something they call "positive thinking". Wrong.
It's our emotions that connect us to the field of infinite possibilities, and mind is only providing the objects of our desire, By themselves thoughts won't take us far in our chosen direction. You see, our attention span is terribly short, and for every positive thought we are thinking many more negative ones. Actually, out of some 60,000 daily thoughts, about 80% are negative ones. So now you imagine how we are deluding ourselves by thinking that we have "positive personalities".
To shorten this otherwise big topic - we have to practice happiness, folks.
