Can't answer this directly for it's a little more complicated than it seems. For example. It is not just weight against height. Bone structure comes into it. Light bones, average, heavy. Then the build. Some people are broad and barrel-chested, others lean as bean-poles.
Then when it comes to weight we need to consider the fat-to-muscle ratio; very important where it comes to physical fitness.
However, I'm pretty sure I've seen some tables somewhere about ideal weight against ideal heights which also take the other physical features into account.
