I agree, fruit is hydrating and the vitamin C strengthen the immune system against common colds. Consuming more vegetables and fruit during the day decreases most stomach problems. I try to eat a veggy or fruit with every meal, it seems right.

JG Hemlock, There are more people going Vegan than in the past. I'm considering gradually going Vegan, especially after knowing more about meats that are in grocery stores. McDonnel's restaurants have a new reputation of not selling animal meat.

The craving for pizza and burgers for me lately is occasional. But I understanding wanting to eat burgers and pizza often, I've been like that before. Now I balance what I eat.
Well I'm a work-in-progress, I crave small amounts of steak, chicken or turkey. But I don't have a limit when it comes to eating fish or canned tuna recipes. It seems red meat and chicken take longer to digest, and pork I just avoid.
