    What Are The Most Common Questions Non-Vegans Have About Starting A Vegan Diet?

    A Vegan diet can seem daunting and strange to most people. What sort of questions do you have about eating no meat, dairy or animal products?

    If you don't eat a Vegan diet, what sort of things prevent you from eating that way?

    One of the most frequently asked questions, I should think, is:
    "Can I get proper nourishment and protein from a vegan diet?"

    Someone I know was told by a doctor to at least return to a vegetarian diet, as they were not getting enough nourishment for good health.
    There are those who are perfectly healthy on a vegan diet, however.

      Hi Jean, that's a great point. It's true that Doctors often give questionable advice when it comes to nutrition. Just goes to show we need to take initiative to educate ourselves when health professionals let us down. Thanks for your answer!
