What Are The Ways In Which Elderly People Become The Victims of "Unintentional Gaslighting"?

There are several definitions of "gaslighting" (most people know what it is). A brief one is essentially making someone else doubt himself and/or refusing to be/seem "on the same page as he" with regard to his perceived reality (which may well BE reality, not just "perceived"/"imagined"). Older people are at risk of intentional abuse, of course; but sometimes what might feel like "gaslighting" happens when people mean well but just don't understand all the things/stresses someone older has on his otherwise clear, capable, mind. So, older people, what do others "not seem to understand"?
