Omega-3 fatty acids are really great for our overall health. Some awesome food sources are:
-Fish, like salmon, herring, sardines, tuna, and anchovies (preferably wild-caught).
-Nuts and seeds, like flaxseed and walnuts.
-Soy products, like edamame and soy milk
Other foods (especially dairy products) are often artificially fortified with omega-3, but natural sources are always best!
