The upper class has more experience with having lots of money. They have developed a set of values to keep the money in the family. Some our practical, some our frugal, some require self-discipline and patience.
Examples: buying expensive clothes that will last a long time (as in DECADES...ie. leather shoes are re-soled, shirts are tailored.)
They dress modestly. Especially females. They are not cheap, they do not treat their bodies as such. They are not for everyone to see. They cover their booties, they don't show too much skin.
They take care of themselves. If you don't you will be spending extra money on medical bills, etc. Wear supportive shoes. Wear sunscreen. Get preventative exams done. Floss your teeth.
I think one of the biggest differences can be seen in how they invest money on their health and comfort (functional clothes, teeth cleanings, nutritious food) rather than on flashy or trendy clothing or looking cool.
