I like your advice. I've been doing some research into what is best to eat on a diet to lose weight. It seems that what you're saying about eating the meat and the right fats is what fuels weight loss.

I am now getting the proper attitude. I am fired up to get in shape. I'm setting small goals, and I'm teaming up with my daughter-in-law to make something happen.
