When you undergo stress or anxiety, what are some things you do to overcome it?

This is a wonderful way to share all your opinions and it can also help some people out as well. For me, in order to overcome stress, I usually just listen to music or divert my mind into more relaxed activities, such as drawing, going on the internet or watching tv. What about you all? Feel free to share the craziest things!

    Thanks for your answer! Yes, having some time just to oneself helps me too. And its always best to just flush those negative thoughts away at times like this.
