Do you think skipping rope on a daily basis can potentially tone up my legs?


I'm planning to tone up my legs by skipping rope on a daily basis (5 minutes continuously, 30 seconds rest, repeat for 5 times). However, I'm not sure if this is effective or not and I don't want to build up muscle on my legs. Would love to seek some advice from fellow hubbers.

    Hi Emily, thanks for your suggestion! I'm actually adding the stepping up and down routine on my aerobic step. Hope it's more effective :)
