I exercise at least 4 times per week, but would actually love to exercise every single day. I really enjoy my Zumba and aerobic dance classes, and would love to do more and get in better shape.

honestly, I didn't exercise at all but my weight s always 42kg to 45 kg because I don't eat much.
Just twice a day meal, breakfast and dinner, no lunch at all.
I eat meat 2-3 times a week, most of the time just veggies, tofu and potatoes, nothing else.
That is how I maintain my weight
