I have recently had a baby and I would really like to get back into shape. Does anyone have any good weight loss tricks that a nursing mother can use? Of course paired with working out.

There are no tricks when it comes to weight loss. There is only work.
Eat healthy. Focus on nutrition instead of just counting calories.
Do the right amounts of cardio and strength training.
Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. The rule of thumb is half your weight in ounces. So if you weigh 150 lbs then you should be drinking 75 oz of water per day.
