I can't get my three male four year old Chinese crested to stop marking. They were all neutered


...At one. They very very very rarely ever let you see them do it. When they are caught they know immediately that it was wrong, they are put outside but will do it again. We have contained them, leashed them, and will not do it, but as soon as they are free to move around the living room area they will do it again. And it is totally a marking behaviour not a have to pee issue. I would like to have to not put on pee pads forever. And they are two brothers and one half brother.
