What is the best diet pill to use.

I would like to use a diet pill to help myself lose weight but I don't know which one is the best to use, help me lose weight quickly and which ones are scams.  Does anyone know of one that actually works?

Well, the truth is they are all going to be bad for you.  Most, if not all, diet pills destroy your kidneys or liver.

Instead of taking the instant gratification route you should try learning about the effects proper exercise and eating have on your body.

You can read these 2 hubs for more information.

    http://hubpages.com/hub/Low-Glycemic-In … -The-Facts

    http://hubpages.com/hub/Body-Fat-Reduction-6-Easy-Tips

ps. I don't mean to sound like I'm preaching, it's just really important to lose weight properly.  What's the point of losing weight if you damage your kidneys and liver in the process.

I'd have to agree with Gregg. My wife tried some diet pills a few years back and all it did was make her really sick. The only way to lose weight and actually keep it off is to do it the healthy way.

Just start small and change some of your eating habits first, then move on to other things. Make slow and steady progress instead of trying it all at once and failing.

Two years back, I got awesome results with BioBurn D^2T

I took off about 30 pounds in a week.

Also, I have good results with Apidexin, but not that great.

I'm about to start on Fenterdren, it has a potent drug that makes you feel GREAT!

All three of these just give me euphoric feelings and I can't wait to get to the gym.

    Stay away from hydroxycut. Period.

If you want something more natural, go with Acai. I have been using that as a supplement and I am having spectacular results.

I have found that the only good weight loss plan that takes it off and keeps it off is one which puts less in your mouth and steps up your activity level. It is not a "diet" but a life style change, right?

Pills only help to control your "mental" body..

Hi Frogget. I spent quite a bit of time researching this and have a list of five that I would recommend.

Metabolift, Alli, Super Slim, Acai Fat Burn #3, and Hydroxycut. All five are affordably available from Amazon.com,

Hi I'm taking weight loss medications right now and I take Phentermine 37.5mg and Phendimetrazine 35mg.. These together with a Daily 1200 calorie diet will help you lose weight and you will see results your first week. I have the 1200 calorie diet and I will be making it available on my hubs.. Make sure you stay away from potatoes, breads, pasta's sugars and starches with this diet.. Also drink plenty of water because water helps break down the fat in your cells and it helps excrete the fat out of your body..You also want to take a Daily multivitamin and a potassium vitamin to stay healthy with this diet. Try These I bet you be impressed with your results.. GoodLuck

There are many drugs available. You may want to read up on Meratol. I have a hub about it

Try and use natural products and make exercise a part of the program.

    Lots of luck

No diet pills.  Healthy eating and exercise.  It's safer for you and it is something you can do forever.  Diet pills, not so much.

I have never met anyone that has made great progress losing weight from taking a pill.  I don't believe there is a magic diet pill.

I have stayed in shape from eating foods that are good for me and exercising.  Everyone needs different things to get them in shape and stay that way.  It's more about each individuals metabolism that helps you lose weight.

I would suggest reading my hub "Nutrition Helps Lose Unwanted Pounds"  and visit the website I listed for some more information and advise.

    Good Luck
