Should I see an orthopedic specialist for SC joint separation?

"Recently I suffered a sternoclavicular dislocation (anterior). My GP didn't seem to know much about it, so she didn't have a lot to tell me about it. I've looked everywhere online but I can't find a situation exactly like mine. The separation occurred not because of an impact but because I was overworking myself. I can pop the join back in and it usually is normal, but I'm feeling pain when I use that arm in any vigorous way, even though its been 3 days since the clavicle has dislocated. Should I just "take it easy" for a few more days, or see an orthopedic specialist?
