A diet is defined as anything a person eats. If someone wakes up each morning and has cereal for breakfast, a bologna sandwich for lunch, and a salad for supper, that is defined as his or her diet. Any way that you eat will be your diet. To lose between a half pound and 2 pounds per week, multiply your current weight by 11 and eat that many calories. Don't dip below 1,000 calories, though, as that will cause weight gain. I'm sure an additional weight loss diet in addition to Quick Trim won't hurt, and may even help shed some extra pounds. Just remember--stay healthy. Losing more than 2 pounds a week is not healthy. Good luck!
