Relax, take a deep breath, and unplug all and any electronic devices that may get in your way distracting you from resting.
Read a little, drink some warm milk or sleepy time tea and turn the thinker off. Breathe again. (But don't count sheep...Math is a real killer for bedtime!!!!)
And hopefully it's not too serious. I pray you can catch 20+ hours of sleep as I have trouble sleeping as well! All the best, taganisted!!!!!
Other than that I have no idea and Tylenol PM and sleeping pills are overrated and in the long run cause more problems....
