Except the fact that you are depressed first before trying to fight it!
1 in 5 people will suffer a depressive episode at some time in their lives.
Try to keep busy by either exercising and or listening to your favourite dance music:)
Seek counselling or G.P. and talk about how you are feeling and try to way up why.
Keep an emotional diary and write down your thoughts and actions to events that may trigger anxiety/depressive moods.
Anyone who has experienced this invisible cruel disorder knows that in time, you need to learn to live with it but also take comfort in knowing that many other people manage it by excepting that the really bad days do pass and then you shall enjoy and appreciate the good respite days so much more than you ever did before:)
