don't sleep during the day.
eat dinner early .
no distraction like Television or web surfing.
warm milk might help.
But then different people have different ways to put themselves to sleep.
dont sleep in daytime ,have good physical activity throughout daytime.try to calm.
no need of any sleeping pill,or alcohol,you will get a good sleep in night.
