My 'sought-after perfect abs' have finally revealed themselves and I didn't spend any money or follow any fancy exercise routine. Here's what I did and the fat just fell off. Oh by the way, I do pullups like once or twice a week, other than that I do not exercise purposely.
I started following the raw living food lifestyle and avoid refined sugars.
It's that simple :)
I started eating raw about 2 months ago and I can see my abs as I type this.
