Take one step at a time. Make a "to do" list and check off each item as it is accomplished. Success, even in little steps, will make you feel better, and that is half of the battle - the mental challenge! Once you feel as though you can accomplish something little, the bigger picture is not so bad. And remember, sometimes this is hard when you get behind, but put away about half of what you bring in...this may be a financial goal to set for the future. But, set smaller goals for today and tomorrow. As you see these acheived, set some larger goals, like maybe a change in career, or going back to school?? Good luck!
