Men and women are different. (In case you haven't noticed, and political correctness and "equal opportunity" gone wild, to the contrary.)
Women don't bulk up like men, unless they do the steroid thing or play with their hormones. Only the few freaks you see in "muscle magazines" can get that way, and they have to really go for it. And, BTW, they lose their boobs. But real women, doing real weight training, just replace flab with lean, trim muscle.
