It is proven that eating foods that are high in nutrients, antioxidants, and omega 3 fatty acids are going to change your brain. I see the difference in my own life when I do not take my fish oil, vitamins, or simply eat the wrong foods. Blueberries have greatly help improve my memory and the fish oil helps me to focus better.
