I can honestly say that I have lost 60 and 65 pounds in 2 different years of my life. I did so each time within 4 or 5 months time. I did it all healthy too. I started out walking about 3 to 4 miles a day. This will most likely take an hour. I did that for a week and then implemented jogging into it. I would walk 3 miles and run half a mile. I increased each week or sometimes every few days until I was about to just jog 5 miles a day. Your body gets used to activity and stores fat cells depending on how much you exercise during the day. It's kind of like a computer. It analyzes and know how much fat to store. This being said, don't just run 3 miles a day or walk a mile a day. Increase it as often as you can. This tricks the body into burning more fat cells. You will eventually find this method works better. It's harder to do because you are pushing yourself everyday but the benefits far outweigh the efforts.
