I would have to agree with Pollyannalana, she poses a very interesting perspective on an idea of gaining a healthy weight for you. But here is the common principle for gaining weight and for losing weight, you have to either eat more calories than you burn to gain weight or you have to burn more calories than you eat to lose weight. Simple as that though they aren't easy to do... eat more meals but healthy meals and remain active and you should have a healthy weight gaining experience. hope this helped!!!!
