I am looking for some advice regarding my crohns and how i am being treated by my employer

In the past my work have told me that any absence i have due to my crohns will not count towards disciplinary procedures, this has been the case in my last 10 years of employment. Today my store manager told me that procedures have changed and it will count towards my absence level which will lead to me being taken for disciplinary action, which could lead to my dismissal.
