There is no definite reason to inhibit a person on dialysis to eat teriyaki chicken. Having said that, the person should follow general guideline for diet in dialysis patients.
Teriyaki chicken tends to be salty. So eating in moderation is advised. The daily salt (Sodium Chloride) intake in general should be less than 2 gm/day. Read the a label and make sure you don't exceed that. Also if you have other health condition, like heart failure, high cholesterol, etc, you need to be more careful.
In summary, no definite inhibition, but enjoy in moderation.
