Lindsew, I'm assuming that you're asking about what to do if a child losses their best friend to death, right? I sat down trying to write a hub about your question and honestly, I don't think I have a good enough perspective of how that feels. I'm sure it is devasting and confusing. We grow up believing that one day we'll all grow up, go to school, get a job, get married, have kids, have grandkids, live happily ever after and die in our sleep when we're old. Unfortunately, it doesn't always work out that way. I do know that talking about your feelings to someone you trust helps. Over time you'll realize how special the time was you had with them and there is a reason that your paths crossed. Your tears won't sting so much anymore. You'll have a new best friend and they may even remind you of your friend who died. Email me through HubPages if you have more questions.
