What do you take for granted?

Unfortunately, we all take things for granted, or I hope I'm not the only one. What things/people do you take for granted every day?

I dont take anything for granted. This is a luxury I cannot afford. Appreciation for even the simplest things, brings about an indescribable sense of gratitutde when you start acknowledging your blessings with a thankful heart:-)

Sometimes I forget the simple but really really important things and forget to be grateful that I am alive and breathing. So breathing often is taken for granted. It is not always easy to stay mindful of the things we take for granted.

I take for granted that there will be a tomorrow where I can right all of the wrongs.

I take for granted that my parents will live a long time.

I take for granted that someone will always be there to love me.

I take for granted the snow in winter, the leaves in fall, and the sunshine in summer.  I detest spring.

I take for granted that I have knowledge, and that my knowledge of a subject is constant.

Taking breathing for granted is natural, and accounting it as your first one to think of rather sad.  It is very selfish to assume you take no one for granted.

I have this habit of putting things to tomorrow and little do I realize that tomorrow may not come...so, do what I plan on doing TODAY. I take the days of my life for granted.

I think most of us take life in general for granted.  Every living breathing moment we spend on this side of the dirt is a gift to be treasured yet most of us do not do nearly as much as we could do with the time.  We dwaddle through life as if it is never-ending until it is! WB

I guess I take it for granted that most slow drivers rightly drive in the right lane.

I use to take everything for granted. After losing it all more than once I've learned to appreciate everything I have from a bowl of cereal in the morning to a hard twin size bed at night.
