Okay, I know this is an old question, but it's a common one so let me dispel a couple myths.
Jack3d: Jack3d is a pre-workout nitric oxide booster. In all actuality, all nitric oxide supplements are built on a foundation of a large dose of L-arginine, which is the amino acid in your body that functions for nitric oxide uptake. In and of itself, it's not a stimulant. The "rush" you get is from a nitric oxide, which is a powerful vasodilator, increasing the oxygen flow in your body. As with any amino acid, it would be physically impossible to ingest enough to overdose on, however you still want to keep it within reasonable levels.
Redline: Redline is just another in a long line of "fat burners" on the market today. It's in the same vein as hydroxycut, and the other "lose weight fast" pills on the market. For years I've been wanting my clients, family, and friends about the dangers of these supplements. The ones that are effective are generally unhealthy, and the ones that are healthy are generally unaffected. Since ephedra was banned in the US, companies and been falling all over themselves trying to find the next new wonder drug, and they still haven't found it.
Your diet, nutrition, and exercise program are going to play a much larger role in your overall health than any supplement will. My advice: skip the supplements altogether and focus on your workout.
