Many health professionals recommend a schedule as easy as 20 minutes workout a day. Do you think you can make this a daily routine and what would you recommend to do in this short period of time. Or do you think 20 minutes is much to short to see any positve results in health and fitness.

    I agree for the most part. There are so many variables but if you are working hard, elevating your heartrate and doing some resistance training mixed in, as well as managing a healthy diet you should be in good shape.

    I can so relate to this, but I do not have a desk job, no, just lazy bones...depression etc...I lay around all day, dnt sleep good...eat everything n site...but, week half ago..doc put me on HBp meds...now I know I've got to make changes...

    agree. on days when I feel good, I try to complete 30 to 45 minutes of low impact ..at home exercises..just to keep from feeling stiff and cramp..I still do tai chi and some yoga, too.

    DNA structure? Yeah, that's not even a thing. There was no mention of weight loss, so the rest of your answer is meaningless, too.

    There's no such thing as a "kind of metabolism", either. There is however a basal metabolic rate.

    HIIT training isn't for endurance. HIIT training is anaerobic, not aerobic.

    And, I think you mean "if you're advanced". It's a contraction.

    20 minutes of exercise is really for someone that's not at all serious about exercise.
