I had a VERY stressfull job once. I carried a couple DICE in my pocket. When i got stressed.. i would roll the dice a couple times. I also had a small rubber ball i would bounce it a few times. You would be surprised how much those silly things help. Those kinds of things are only temporary though. Everyone needs to talk things over with a friend sometimes. Go to a bookstore or a library and read some books. Maybe you will meet someone. The first thing to do when you are IN-A-RUT is to stop digging deeper. Do something different... rather than the same-old-things. Change your daily routine.
